This work is based on the ineffective text: "IntergovernmentalConference to Adopt the Global Compact for Safe, Orderlyand Regular Migration" from the UN. as an attempt to protectthe millions of migrants and refugees who make dangerousjourneys in search of a more prosperous life, since many ofthem exceeded their own limit of tolerance towards poverty,pain or insecurity in their place of origin. The hollow textrepresents the empty that not even the 31 pages of theoriginal document can cover.
